Dominos Pizza — Restaurant in Bihar

Pretty Mid Pizza Outlet. Pizza was just normal, nothing special. But the service is pretty bad. Would rather ask for delivery than takeaway. Ordered 2 Pizza for takeaway, and the wait time was about 15 minutes, but guess how much it took them? OVER AN HOUR!!! It was quite some time ago (July), but i will attach the image for the same. Ordered at 20:15(8:15 pm), they completed by 21:41(9:41pm). They were serving to others and even to the delivery guy, but i was put on hold again and again. Got me pretty agitated. And i guess they are going through some changes, if you ask them for food to be delivered, the delivery guy will ask you to rate 5 star IN FRONT OF THEM, They kept my barbecue pizza hostage till i rate it. Overall pretty bad experience. Not a local here of biharsharif, so that might be why i have different standards, but even for a localite, i think the experience is pretty bad here. Food- 3/5, nothing outstanding, but not bad Staff- 3/5. They were mid, considering i only did takeaway once and they way just postponing the time. Ambience- 4/5, the atmosphere is good. Delivery- 4/5, delivery timing is good, 30-40 mints for 2 KM and 2-3...

❌ Extremely disappointing experience at Domino’s Bihar Sharif (Nalanda 803101)

I visited the store and ordered a medium Chicken Dominator (cheese burst) with extra toppings (onion + paneer) and replaced chicken rasher with keema along with a Coke PET bottle.

➡️ But the pizza I received had chicken rasher, chicken sausage, and meatball—which were not part of the order, and not listed under this pizza’s toppings.

➡️ When I questioned the staff, they casually informed me after 30–45 minutes that the toppings were out of stock and offered an “additional pizza” instead. This is unacceptable. If something is out of stock, it should be informed during the order—not after wasting customers’ time and serving random substitutes.

Worse, when I pointed out the mistake, the staff and manager responded rudely, saying:

“Jo karna hai kar lo.” This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful attitude is shocking. Is this the customer service Domino’s is training staff for?

🛑 This is the only Domino’s outlet where I’ve had such a poor experience—despite having used Domino’s services...

Pizzas were super fresh and hot when they reached me.. I had ordered a couple of burger pizzas in my order but they were out of stock..the store folks contacted me and gave me upgrade of cheesy pizza.. Mine was a bulk order, still it reached me within 30 minutes🤩🤩🤩

My order consisted of 2 onion pizzas, 2 tomato pizzas and 2 burger pizzas which got upgraded to cheesy pizzas and a cheesy dip.. Cheesy pizzas were the best among all of these.😉

This was my second order from this particular store, the first one was a takeaway order but I guess the delivery order wasuch better because I got the hot pizzas right at my doorstep😍😍😍 The delivery person was prompt and reached me with minimal communication..🥰🥰🥰

All in all, awesome service, truly appreciate the quality of food and the prompt response and...
