The newest addition to KFC chains in Patna, it's location left next to Kohinoor Marriage Hall. I visited the outlet with my family and it was the best experience I've ever had in KFC. The staffs are very helpful, specially the one black border glasses, he gave special efforts to make sure me and my family had a pleasant experience. They don't take lots of time to process your order. Since this is a new outlet, hygiene is excellently maintained, and I'm very positive it'll remain same in the future. Currently they are accepting Cash, Cards and PhonePe as payment. I went there to take a takeaway placed order their itself with the help of staff the staff was rude i ordered big 8 , 1 mexico zinger pro burger. I took the order went home but the main part is here when i reached home and opened to eat the order in big8 there were 4 smoky which is ok at point and the remaining 4 big psc which should be their was not their there were 2 psc of big crispy chicken which were black which means that the chicken was not made at that time and other two psc were missing in place of that there were 2 mingles psc. The service is really pathetic here. As whenever I have visited here (almost every time) I felt like I would shout at the staff but I kept myself calm as I am not illiterate like them. Even the manager doesn't know how to handle which kind of people. Every time I visited there, I felt like making my experience public but I gave them feedback only for the sake of humanity.
