Sitting is very poor, non functional A Air conditioners and very less fans. Service is again poor as I walked in at 1:30 PM and left at 4 PM. Sometimes they don't even care if you're there or not. Coming down to food, Virgin Mojito is good but they didn't had lemon ice tea but it is there in the menu. They should better remove it from the menu. Fresh lime soda is also good as it had a nice fizz. I ordered a non vegetarian platter which tastes average and the portion is very poor. One will expect good taste and portion when spending more. Coming to the main course where the restaurant gets a zero. After waiting for about more than an hour and a half I was served with uncooked butter chicken and uncooked Jeera rice. I complained about both the dishes but it was of no use. They didn't even bother to repeat the dish or they would have deducted the amount from the bill but they didn't. They provided me a feedback form which I expect will be thrown in the dustbin after I leave. The waiter complained the manager and he didn't bother to show up. After I refused to pay the amount then only the manager showed up and gave me lame explanation against my complain. He told that rice is cooked only once and if it is uncooked then how the guests are not complaining about it. Finally I was provided with 10 percent discount on the bill. As I didn't want to argue anymore I paid and left. So in my review I would not recommend anyone LBW. But if still you want to go there then please watch out for the above. I'm so done with...

Visited LBW in Patna recently and sadly, it didnât live up to the expectations set by Google photos and reviews. We started off with the veg platter (aloo chop, paneer tikka, mushroom tikka, and veg galouti kebab), and honestly, the starters were the only saving graceâtasty and well-spiced.
But things went downhill from there. In the main course, we ordered paneer tikka masala, malai kofta, and veg jalfrezi. The malai kofta was unbearably sweet, the veg jalfrezi was too spicy to eat, and overall the food tasted totally off-balance. We barely touched the dishes.
What made it worse was the poor serviceâslow, inattentive, and dismissive. When we politely raised concerns, the staff argued back, saying âthatâs how itâs supposed to taste.â Instead of resolving, they chose to debate.
The ambience was a big letdown tooânothing like the aesthetic photos online. The outdoor seating was dirty, and the entire place felt cramped and poorly maintained.
In short, this was a wasted meal and wasted money. My honest suggestionâdonât go just by online photos. If you really want to try LBW, visit first, check the place, then decide. Personally, I wonât be going back and definitely wouldnât recommend...
