1/5 - Appalling Experience: Overpriced, Inconsiderate, and Rude I'm still fuming after my disastrous dining experience at this restaurant. The utter lack of consideration, basic amenities, and decent customer service made my meal a catastrophe.

Firstly, the prices on their menu are daylight robbery. A simple salad, which I've had for free . It's unacceptable to charge premium rates for something as basic as a salad.

But that was just the beginning. When I ordered fried rice, I asked the waiter for a spoon to eat it with. You'd think that's a fundamental request, but apparently, it was too much to ask. The waitre seemed put off, and after a long wait, he returned empty-handed, stating they didn't have spoons. Unbelievable!

To make matters worse, the waitre was curt and dismissive throughout our interaction. No apologies, no explanations, just a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. When I politely expressed my disappointment, he rolled his eyes and walked away.

The combination of overpricing, incompetence, and appalling customer service makes this restaurant a place to avoid at all costs. Unless they seriously revamp their menu, amenities, and staff training, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.

Masala Darbar is a decent spot if you're looking for an affordable Indian meal with a variety of options. The ambiance is modest but clean, with a traditional touch that feels welcoming. The menu offers a good selection of North Indian dishes, along with a few South Indian and Indo-Chinese options. The food is flavorful, though not always consistent—some days the curries hit just right, while other times they feel a bit under-seasoned.

The biryani is one of the better items on the menu, rich in aroma and spices. The butter chicken and paneer tikka masala are also popular choices and usually satisfying. Portion sizes are fair for the price, making it good value for money.

Service can be hit or miss. During peak hours, there might be delays, and the staff sometimes seems a bit overwhelmed. However, they are generally polite and try to accommodate special requests.

Overall, Masala Darbar is a solid choice for casual dining or takeout when you're craving Indian comfort food without burning a hole in your pocket. It may not be the most polished experience, but it gets the job done.

Outside atmosphere is very good. There is a lot of parking space outside the restaurant, as it is located just nearby the highway it is an attraction point for short time relaxing for the persons after a long drive. There is frequent power cut and due to this their AC doesn't work and the dining area turns into microwave oven. Food taste was very bad. They served biriyani which was so worst in taste. Biriyani rice was broken into pieces and it went totally waste. I don't recommend anyone to eat biriyani & some other items here. They also charge ₹5 extra on colddrink cans which is illegal. As they take gst from the customer, taking extra charge on MRP item is totally illegal. My very worst experience here. Not going...
