Momo Nation Cafe — Restaurant in Bihar

I went to Momo Nation Cafe on Ashiana Digha Road and ordered a plate of chicken steam momos. I was quite excited about eating fresh momos in Patna. But unfortunately, the momos were not fresh. The momo was rather hard, even the skin was thick, unlike what you see in freshly steamed momos. I think the momos available were cooked much before and just heated and served. The entire experience of having steamed momos is the freshness of the skin and the filling. You can't have the same experience by pre cooking momos, god knows, how many hours in advance. Bisleri water bottle served was expired. When asked to give another bottle person on counter said that they don't have more in stock. Irony was though we informed that stock is expired they were serving same to other customers as well.

Also table is not immediately cleaned as soon as the customer leaves. In evening time there's lot of insects flying inside and outside even some crawling on table.

The boy serving on table seems to be a kid. His hands and cloth was not clean at all.

Food is good but if they can improve ambience and focus on hygiene then it would be good dine in...

This is a franchise of the Momo Nation Cafe and the menu is the same. The food preparation can improve, which, I'm sure, will, over time, and so will the service that is a bit haphazard.
