Cakes are great but the behavior of this shop owner shop 82 is customer repellant, he enjoys the monopoly that he has due to proximity to a dense location. Monginis should take into account the behavior of this shop owner and should teach him how to behave nicely with customers. Aesa behavior tha ki mujhe lga main waha bheekh maangne aaya hu. I asked him to give me quotes on customized cakes i gave him 3 photos to show to the main factory at 2 and 3 photo he became frustrated and told me that he can't disturb the people there 3 times. Customer satisfaction toh waha lgta h kisi ko pta hi ni h. Ek aese franchise owner ke kaaran monginis ki image...
