Rajasthan's Radhe Radhe — Restaurant in Bihar

Today we went to here at 12:20 pm. We sit at the corner table at 12:30 pm. After 20-25 mins, nobody ask for the order. We called the waiter and gave him order "rava paneer masala dosa 1 plate and sahi thal 1 plate" . He took the order at 1pm. After that 3 more customer came. They took the order without spent a minute. After 5- 10 min, they served them. We complained 3-4 times, after 1:30 hours they served sahi thal which was incomplete. We ask," is this sahi thal?" Waiter replied yes it is and rice is missing. You start your meal we serve you the rice. But I think that thal was not sahi thal. And rava paneer masala dosa was not served. We went for the time but that was last time. We never go there. We recommend for the known do not go there. Because poor service, worst behaviour to the customer. When we ask for the Manager ,the waiter who wear white shirt, wheatish color said I am...

I recently visited Radhe Radhe for the first time with my parents, who are regular customers. Their favorite dish, samosa chaat, was absolutely delicious—flavorful, well-balanced, and a must-try! The hospitality and service were excellent, and I really appreciated how the staff was attentive to customer feedback.

However, I was disappointed with the masala dosa I ordered. The flavors felt very bland, lacking the essential spices that bring out the authentic South Indian taste. It mostly tasted like plain potatoes, which made it underwhelming.

That said, I really liked that the restaurant took feedback seriously. When I raised my concern at the counter, they promptly provided a feedback slip, which I appreciate. Overall, a great place for chaat, but I hope they improve the seasoning in their dosa!

Would love to visit again for the chaat and hopefully a better dosa...

A very good place by the highway. As we were travelling from Jorhat in Assam to Gurgaon in Haryana, it was a long drive and food options are limited on this part of the highway especially from Siliguri. This place was like an oasis in the middle of desert. Parking was not swift but they kind and polite staff helped us park both our cars. We also had a pet for which we sat outside, but the staff kept insisting to sit inside in the AC. There are lot of food options available here. We had puri sabji and chole bhature followed by tea and cold drinks. Later we packed some cookies from inside and those were really nice. We didn't had any food issue till we reached Gorakhpur as we packed a lot of munchies from here including banana chips. Hope this place is able to keep their premium ambiance and politeness. I am sure visiting this place again and would recommend everyone...
