We visited Shantilal Restaurant and had mixed experiences. While the restaurant is well-maintained, there were some significant drawbacks.

Food Quality:

Samosa and Kachori: Good, but the chutney was overly sweet and pathetic. Mysore Dosa: Extremely spicy, to the point of being inedible. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dosas I've ever had. Sambhar: Good taste, but the coconut and red chutney were just average.

Ambience and Facilities:

Restaurant Maintenance: Well-maintained, which was a positive aspect. Pricing: Average, which is acceptable considering the quality.

Major Issue:

Washroom/Toilet: The absence of a dedicated washroom/toilet for the restaurant was a significant drawback. The common toilet for the entire building was in a stinky and worst condition, which was unacceptable.

The atmosphere and the surrounding of the restaurant was very good and clean but the service was awfull all orders get at least 45 - 50 min for small chappaties to big plates all. I went there like 4 times and got same problem all time. Food was kindaa good at all but the service is completely awfull I order mannalal special thali which costs 280 but they gave the cheap deluxe thali of 180 + the raita was so bad most of the items in menu were out of stock and only few were available. So,in my case if you want to go there with your family or friends for any special occasion then I would definitely not recommend you...
