┬а┬а┬аRead moreAs everyone is saying this is not the old and legendary Bharat Jalpan. I talked to the staff and they told that this establishment is opened by ex Manager and staff of old Bharat Jalpan. I am a food reviewer and generally don't review anything in my hometown. But this place has special memories in my heart. I mean all guys from 90's must be familiar with this place. Those days Muzaffarpur didn't have many go to places like we now have. And on the top of food chain was Bharat Jalpan. I always likes their special dosa. We used to say Paneer Dosa. Having lived in South India read Bangalore and Hyderabad for closed to 15 years and being vegetarian food reviewer, I had eaten thousands of dosa. But still missed the Bharat Jalpan one. Once back in the town I wanted to go to the old place. But it was closed .so went alone to this new place as noone now wanted to go their. The taste of dosa now was not that good as it used to be. Long story short, this version of Bharat Jalpan had the original taste with same type of chutney and sambhar. Ras malai or whatever they call it was not that good. Go if miss old Bharat Jalpan. And you won't regret. Patrons of A2B and Shiv Sagar and other such eateries...
