Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place!

I recently ordered the dry paneer do pyaza from Swad Restaurant at Commercial Chowk in Darbhanga, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

First and foremost, I received a grave instead of the dry paneer do pyaza that I had ordered. There was absolutely no paneer in the gravy, which was a major disappointment. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, their behavior was beyond unacceptable. The owner, in particular, displayed rude and aggressive behavior, resembling a Don or a criminal.

To make matters worse, they took my bike key and refused to return it, effectively trapping me at the restaurant. The owner used abusive language and even attempted physical violence. Such behavior is inexcusable and completely unprofessional.

I strongly advise anyone considering dining at Swad Restaurant to think twice. Not only is the food quality questionable, but the behavior of the owner and staff is downright disgraceful. There are plenty of other dining options in Darbhanga where you can enjoy a meal without risking your safety and experiencing such appalling behavior.
