Hotel Green Leaf And Lodging — Restaurant in Chalisgaon

This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The service was absolutely horrendous, and the staff was beyond unprofessional and indifferent. The lift was not working, making it incredibly difficult for elderly family members to move around — a complete nightmare. To make matters worse, there was a broken glass in the hotel that the staff blatantly ignored despite being informed multiple times. This put our small child at serious risk, and the staff couldn’t have cared less. On top of that, the hot water wasn’t working, and even after repeated complaints, they failed to fix it in a reasonable time. The communication from the staff was pathetic — rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It’s clear that this hotel does not care about its guests’ comfort or safety. Parking - this is one the best feature of the restaurant as there is free underground parking available.

Ambience - didn't like it too much. Not too much efforts shown. The sofas were not clean.

Wait time - we finished 2 course meals in 1 hr. The service was really fast as we requested.

Food - we had 3 starters and 3 main course items. The overall food quality is below average and needs improvement.

Soup - lemon coriander soup - 5/10

Starters - the green n red chutneys were provided when asked. Cheese Veg Kabab - 3/10 there was very little cheese and veggies. Hara Bhara Kabab - 6/10 Soya Chilli - 7/10

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The place was filthy, with absolutely no attention to cleanliness. The staff was extremely unprofessional and seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. To make matters worse, there was only hot water available — no option for cold or even lukewarm water, which made things very uncomfortable. Basic amenities that you’d expect in any decent hotel were completely missing. On top of that, the lift wasn’t working, causing huge inconvenience, especially for elderly guests.
