La Pino’z Pizza-Sector 15, Chandigarh — Restaurant in Chandigarh

I recently visited the La Pino’z Pizza outlet in Sector 15, Chandigarh, and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the food was decent, the atmosphere in the store was far from pleasant. The staff were loudly arguing with each other, which made the environment uncomfortable for customers.

Additionally, I faced issues at the billing counter. They did not have change available, and I was made to wait for 20–25 minutes before being told they still couldn’t provide it. Eventually, I opted to pay via PhonePe. However, I was charged ₹674, even though the actual bill was only ₹624.

Pathetic service, carefree and unprofessional support staff worst app. Placed the order on app at the nearest branch which was just 10 minutes away but the order could not be delivered even after 2.5 hours of waiting and when we tried to reach out to them on call they did not bother to answer the call neither did they updated the status on app in the end we were left with no option but to visit the outlet in person(since it was an order of 2.5K) where they lied saying the order has been dispatched which didn’t reached to us even after 45 minutes It is the worst service I have ever experienced from any food outlet. Either they should learn how to manage or else this outlet in particular should immediately...

The worst service ever I had order food from these guys and they took more than one hour to deliver it and the delivery guy was also so arrogant I had guests waiting at home and they could not ever deliver one medium pizza and mac n cheese within time I tried calling them no body picked up I would not recommend anybody to go to this outlet and buy food from them may be the way they are neglecting their clients they are also neglecting the food quality same way it so so so annoying that u keep calling them again and again and...
