La Pino'z Pizza Sector-32 ,Chandigarh — Restaurant in Chandigarh

Had to give a one star otherwise you can't post the review. Horrible service by sector 32 La Pinoz outlet through online app. I ordered twice from this outlet because its closer to my address and they keep transferring it to the one in sector 27. First time I ordered, i was told it had been transferred to the outlet in sector 27, the order was delivered to me after 1.5 hour. Second time I ordered they informed me again that the order has been transferred to the outlet in sector 27. I ordered at 9.13 pm and received an order acceptance at 9.14 pm but I never received my order. On the app it kept saying dispatched. I kept calling both the outlets and no one answered. The landline kept coming busy and the mobile numbers were unanswered. Then I finally went to the outlet in sector 27 at 11 pm only to find out that they were never sent the order by the other branch. The staff at sector 27 managed to get a hold of someone from the sector 32 branch and did get me a refund but only after accepting and then rejecting it. Making me wait 2 hours due to their own incompetence and then refunding me after rejecting my order 2 hours later which was never prepared even though on the app it said it was prepared and dispatched.

I am paramjeet Kaur. I am really disappointed from the service of Lapinoz pizza sector 32 Chandigarh branch .As I ordered at 3 :30 pm but I didn't get my pizza and when I called they mentioned that we have transfered your order to branch of sector 14 Panchkula .We called the sector 14 branch they also said we don't have your order .Lastly we called sector 32 and now they are not picking up the calls .Moreover in the app our order has dispatched and out of delivery. However it's been 2 hours we didn't get our order.I am really frustrated with the service. Kindly look in to this matter .Looking forward to your prompt...

Very small outlet to dine in recommended for a quick bite or take away.

Pizza's are just the same and menu is very long like any other big named franchises.

They divided pizza size calling them.

it's easy to select according to your appetite.

TIP :- THEY SERVE BOGO ON WEDNESDAY&FRIDAY. Take away, Order online, or dine in.

We enjoyed our pizza's under a shade of nearby tree 😁.

I guess location is not pined correctly you have to look around a bit. It is right to jio store and left to Golconda.
