One of the worst experience in terms of Customer handling, look and Taste of the cake.

It was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the no interest or zeal towards customer design to the lackluster quality of their cake, my expectations were completely shattered.

I was very happy to have them bake for our Son’s 2nd Birthday, was excited and asked them to replicate one for the cakes from Pinterest having Rocket. All designs were shared, flavours were discussed. However we dint see any suggestions except from asking for an Advance payment.

However, on the day of the birthday they shared pic of the cake, which was so disappointing to the level of expectation i had. I asked them to do some touch-ups and Cake was delivered.

To my surprise the cake looked untidy and upon the first bite, I was left utterly disappointed. The cake lacked any semblance of freshness and was soggy. The frosting was overly sweet and had an artificial taste, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste that lingered. It was clear that no attention to detail or quality control was taken in the baking process.

To make matters worse, when I tried to address my concerns to them, they were dismissive and even dint respond back. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction further added my frustration.

As a consumer, I believe in giving honest feedback and providing businesses with an opportunity to improve. The intension here is not to disappoint anyone, it’s just one of the cases which were very badly treated by them and disappointing our occasions.

So before I write my honest review about this fantabulous cake makers.. I want to thank you both(looks like I already know you guys now..:p). You are great!! Thank you so much for your beautiful creation!! It was a real work of art!! My girlfriend loved it and gave me tons of compliments to give them to you!! I loved it too, the decoration and the minutest details you brought in that masterpiece. You delivered my vision 100%!! The combination of chocolate and icing and cream was fabulous!! Specially those two complimentary muffins. To be very frank, I ordered the complete cake because of those two little cupcakes.. and they tasted out of this world. The UT decorations were perfect and beautiful!! Thank you so much!! You were so forthcoming in making it so special even when I was sitting across the ocean. I really loved you took utmost care of the safety and hygiene during these difficult times and you yourself went to deliver the lovely cake. THE BEST PART... You took one step extra towards making it a more special occasion by presenting the cake.. TOGETHER. You are a great team and a lovely couple. I wish I could give you more STARS.. but your work is out of the world. My girlfriend joins me in writing this review and we both wish you good luck and I really appreciate everything you did. I will for sure direct more people to you in the future!!!

I have never seen such a forthcoming and wonderful planning by You both.... I would like to say that you did not leave any stone unturned to make the cake and particularly the event a very meaningful and memorable one..... You are really awsome in making a great gift of love and i know you have given your heart and mind and best efforts to make the cake very beautiful and delicious.... And the great gesture of both of you made this cake alongwith the Rose a life time memory..... And she described it as if it was an artificial cake that we see in books and in fairy tales with everything in pink and red....... it was more than my expectations and i have never experienced such a forthcoming person who have made me feel as if i am talking to a person whom i know since years and made this piece of love possible even when i am far away from home.... The stars that google allows are maximum 5 but You deserve more and more stars, likes and loves...
