I wish I had an option to give negative. Terrible service. I booked an order for kitty in advance. The manager misguided us by saying 6 -7 people but 14 people showed up. They assured that shared space will be comfortable but it was completely hostile. The other groups talked loudly laughed like a witch. Fun fact the other groups belongs to owner's wife. The level of professionalism you see . even no music system was added so it was charged unfairly. The management failed to address the other party. We could barely talk. I do not recommend eating there plus if u eat downstairs there's no ac. It's completely hot . However...

Waiters were confused mixing orders with other customer's orders. Manager in the black shirt, the worst guy. He was telling me sabko khana jaldi chahiye. Imagine telling it to the customer sabko khana jaldi chahiye. Even though That was his only job to make sure, serving right food to the right customers, serving what the customers have ordered, there was a huge mix up. And they call themselves the number one restaurant of katora talab. That's a lot of crap. Staff is not trained, they should be properly trained and the manager needs to be humble after all you are in service industry, learn to serve properly. As of now not...
