Good for just one time visit, Average Taste
This place is one of the oldest dosa restaurant in Risali, its more than 15+ years old. Its located in front of the Risali ravan maidan. Have visited this restaurant alot, specially during my childhood with parents and family members. This use to be the one of the most famous dosa restaurants of Bhilai back then
Recently after many years visited here again for the morning Breakfast and I feel its not the same Anna restaurant that used to be there back in the old days.
Points to keep in mind before visiting:-
✨ Token System ( in order to order firstly payment needs to be done and the token will be provided, which will be announced once your food item is ready)
✨Self Service restaurant ( you have to order and get things yourself)
✨ Extra charges if you want extra sambhar/chutney(10rs/cup)
✨ Waiting time is around 10-15mins on an average, depending on the crowd
I tried masala dosa, its served with Sambhar, Chutney and red chutney.
☀️Taste & Quality(3/5): Soggy Dosa with insufficient potato fillings, Sambhar was very thin and watery, Coconut chutney tasted good, Quantity of chutney and Sambhar served is also very less. (Image and Video attached)
☀️ Ambiance(4/5): Sufficient place for seating and located at very good location, sufficient parking space as well.

Read morePathetic and Arrogant Staff. Prefers Zomato order over walkin customer(dine or self pickup) who have been coming since years. For me after a couple of times of such 30mins waiting time...I reminded them once and the answer was bunch of execuses and a insulting statement : " If you have problem, then...." maybe they mean not welcome... The new generation owners are not living up the local brand Anna Uncle created...
To Owners: Arrogance to feel you own this market is like living in fools paradise... Ensure you learn and do better management of orders, staff,and stop misbehaving with walkin customers...No customer wants Local Brand Anna Restaurant to loose business....But if you tell excuses to cover your mismanagement.. we will not be loyal customers anymore. There are many such small stalls operating Only Online...Do you chose to move to that mode?. ( multiple such reviews in recent times shows the trend is downwards. Also in my 30mins waittime I saw - 3 decent customers were sent back saying rudely dont have change and or paytm or card while a Zomato service guy was serviced promtly with cash purchase and with past payment pending- again other walkin customers sent back...

"Awful Experience Due to Rude Owner and Poor Customer Service! We went in expecting a family-friendly environment, but instead, we were met with an unbelievably rude attitude from the owner. When our 2-year-old accidentally made a bit of a mess, the staff, rather than being understanding, told us our child needed to 'eat properly' and that we should 'raise our child better.' Instead of handling the situation with kindness, they acted like we were a nuisance and even made condescending comments under their breath.
To make matters worse, when we politely addressed their approach, the owner responded with an eye-roll and refused to accept any responsibility, making us feel completely unwelcome. The food was mediocre at best, but the horrible attitude of the staff and owner ruined our experience.
