Apicure — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

Pathetic. Its not even worth 1 star also. We reached 9.30 pm with a senior citizen and an infant in our family. There were no available seats and we decided to wait for the table. After half an hour one table got empty but there was no one to clean the table,the manager/caretaker was least bothered to get the table clean. We told them twice to clean the table but the response was there is no staff to clean it. After waiting for 20 mins we had to finally leave the place because it was getting late and there was no one to attend the customer. Its highly unprofessional and disappointing for any customer. The attitude of the manager/caretaker was like why have you come, and if you have come wait for your turn. NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER AT ALL. Moreover they were so shameless that they didnt even ask us to wait for the table to clean we were leaving without taking food.

Washrooms were very dirty. No soap to wash hands. Gents were using ladies washroom. No proper hygeine maintenance. Even train washrooms are much cleaner.

I had such an awesome time at Apicure. The vibe here is perfect, whether you want to chill in the open garden dining area, hang out with the family in the cozy family section, or grab a drink at the bar, they’ve got it all. We chose the garden area and loved it—the fresh air and relaxed atmosphere made the meal even better.

The staff was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. They really know their stuff, and we got some great recommendations.

Now, let’s talk about the food… It was incredible! Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the starters, it was definitely the highlight of the meal. And the drinks at the bar? Amazing! We had some really tasty cocktails while enjoying the lively vibe.

Located near NH7, next to DPS Durg & Shankracharya institute. It’s a perfect place for lavish meal either with family or friends. Outside there is lawn sitting but need big improvements, inside there is A/C restaurant. Interior is decent, ambience exquisite, seating was comfy. Staffs were humble & courteous. Service was swift & due to regular attending staffs, we won’t have to wait/chase for anything. Coming to food, Chicken Garlic Crispy rice soup was good but slightly bland. Unfortunately, there were no taste enhancers available (soy sauce, ketchup, etc) to correct it. Main course was Murg Jane bahar which was well cooked and made medium spice exactly as we asked them to do. Taste was good. Quality and quantity also felt worthwhile (as per standard and price).
