I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ashoka Biryani, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, this restaurant offers a delightful ambiance, excellent service, and, most importantly, a wide variety of delicious biryanis. Without a doubt, the Chicken Dum Biryani stood out as the star of the show.
Upon entering Ashoka Biryani, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who promptly seated me. The restaurant had a clean and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful decorations that reflected its Indian heritage. The seating arrangement was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxed and welcoming.
Now, let's talk about the main attraction - the Chicken Dum Biryani. As a biryani enthusiast, I have tried this classic dish in numerous restaurants, but the one at Ashoka Biryani truly stood out. The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water. The basmati rice was perfectly cooked, each grain distinct and fluffy, while the succulent chicken pieces were tender and packed with flavor. The spices used in the biryani were well-balanced, giving it a delightful blend of fragrant and mild heat. The dish was served with raita, which provided a refreshing contrast to the rich flavors of the biryani. Every bite was a delight, and I found myself savoring each morsel until the very last grain of rice.
Aside from the Chicken Dum Biryani, Ashoka Biryani also offers a diverse menu with a range of biryani options, including vegetarian and seafood variations. I had the chance to sample a few other dishes as well, such as the Vegetable Biryani and the Prawn Biryani, and they were equally impressive. The quality and taste of the ingredients were consistently exceptional.
The service at Ashoka Biryani was top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to assist with any inquiries or recommendations. The food was served promptly, and the portion sizes were generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant satisfied.
Overall, my experience at Ashoka Biryani was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional biryani dining experience. The Chicken Dum Biryani, in particular, was the highlight of my meal, showcasing the chef's skillful preparation and dedication to quality. Whether you're a biryani aficionado or simply a lover of good food, Ashoka Biryani is a must-visit destination that will undoubtedly leave you...

Read moreThe experience visiting there was very very bad. I don't think I am going to step in there again also I will make sure that my whole family and group of friends do no visit there as: 1] The food is so bad and tasteless that one will regret spending money.
2] The behavior of the staff. Believe me, it was more than the word "Pathetic". The welcoming girl was extremely rude toned saying - "Kitne log ho, khana hai ki parcel hai" imagine listening it in a very rough and rude tone with staring eyes, as you have just entered somewhere. Is this the way? They have such a long chain of restaurant and what they have learnt so far? Being in the hospitality area itself, they don't even know how to be hospitable?
3] The behavior of the waiter and the managing person was the sign of NON-PROFESSIONALISM and BELOW STANDARD. We ordered multiple items, out of which our rice came so-so late that we finished eating everything on our plate. We didn't even gave any statement of bringing it in last, while ordering, it was them, it was their decision. Not only this, no-one appeared and asked us if we want something. The chicken-bhuna! Yuk. Please don't have it please. It's not at all chicken bhuna. No aroma, taste is far far away. The baingan bharta, it was like eating a patient-food. Boiled and served.
Even we ended up in an argument at last for the matter of cancellation of rice, as they themselves didn't appeared on time. They were not willing to CANCEL IT and started arguing and giving silly lectures. Can you imagine, eating something forcefully? Is there no choice of customer? If one do not want to eat, you cannot push. Or Are you trying to make your own rules? If yes, then please convey it to each and every customer as they visit or put a big poster or something in your walls.
More than even improving on the taste of your food items, improve all your behavior man! Shame on...
