Place is beautiful, but the service can be improved a-lot, i was with my friends here today, 1) No one took order for 20-25 mins even after getting attention from the waiters no one showed up at our table instead they were busy setting up another table for a birthday party, for which i dont think they need 8-10 people. 2) we ordered 6 items, out of which only 4 showed up and rest 2 were not even placed till the time i asked for the bill 3) If i am in a fancy and luxury lounge i expect light and good music not songs like chammak challo etc because it isnt a club ( not saying chammak challo is a bad song) just doesnt suit the vibe of the place 4) staff was unaware of the table numbers and were busy among themselves as they were confused about the orders and tables, they were not trained properly and were not friendly with the place as they dont know hoe to turn on the lights of the table. 5) seats were not fixed and was moving as i moved forward 6) alot of mosquitoes and insects due to water for which they need proper treatment. 7) no one responsible present at the location, the person who manages staff was not present, owners were not present. 8) we were 8 people and there were 6 plate sets on the table, when i asked for extra plates they only gave 2 plates, no fork or spoon and nobody else came to give fork even after asking for 4-5 times. 9) when we got up and started heading out, the staff was unaware about the bill, if it is paid or not? i went to ask for the bill again and then got the bill, paid at the counter and left. 10) no valet parking, only written as valet parking available.

Unfortunately, our visit was a complete letdown from start to finish. We initially waited over 20 minutes before anyone even approached our table to take an order. Despite calling for the staff multiple times, we felt completely ignored. When we finally managed to order, the service was slow and unresponsive throughout the entire experience.

When our food arrived, it was nowhere near the quality we expected. The burger, which was supposed to be a highlight, was underwhelming, bland, and lacked any real flavor. For the high price, the portion was shockingly small, making it feel like poor value for money. To add to the disappointment, other dishes we tried also fell short, lacking taste and freshness.

Adding to the frustration, the ambiance was spoiled by loud, jarring club music that felt totally out of place for what could have been a cozy and comfortable setting. The mismatched music clashed with the vibe and left us feeling more stressed than relaxed.

Overall, the poor service, lackluster food, and disappointing atmosphere combined to create a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. Our weekend was spoiled, and we left feeling that it was simply not worth the time or money. We won’t be returning, nor would we recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant...
