Very bad service... They are not following covid 19 protocol. Half of the items mentioned in the menu is not available. We have ordered for a jeera rice and waited for 20 mints and after that they are telling it's not available. Another guest who was sitting next to us was also complained about the same. Also wrong order came to our table. Billing took 15 mints.... Non of the sweet dishes are available they are telling this is due to covid. Even small street shops doing much better service than them.. I recommend not to go and get...

Had an amazing tasty bengali flavor food after a long time. Friendly service with superb quality of food. We had ordered golden prawn fry, sheek kebab (amazing combination of spices and flavors), kolkata style biryani( not to forget yes a biryani with alu and egg), chicken keema mughlai(not dipped in dalda, perfectly cooked with the authentic bengali taste) last but not the least chicken rimjhim( a chicken gravy with keema and chicken pieces in form of tikka). We had - Lucknowee tangdi kabab - Good and deserves 4*/5 Basanti pulao - looks yellow and sweet but lacks authenticity (1/5) Veg fried rice - Good (4/5) Kosha mangsho - tastes decent with low spice but misses Bengali authenticity

Ambience is also not that great. So rated it 2*.
