It was a great feeling receiving a food from the brand itself biryani by kilo... It was a high quality food with all the safety measures. Food was delivered to me at given proper time.. The great thing was that they prepare everything fresh.

Everything was very well packed and protected. As they give everything in Pot so it easily attracts everyone...and they have their own brand of Pot on which biryani by kilo is written...

Food has the taste which is impossible to find anywhere...i usually prefer biryani in my meal everywhere i go...but i didn't had this type of taste... A taste that took all the attention... A perfect biryani for all the food lovers.....this biryani will take your heart as it is so flavoured with all the spices.

I had a Hyderbadi Chicken Biryani and Paneer Nawabi with some Ulta tawe ke paranthe... Everything was freshly prepared and packed So while opening you can get the flavours from inside..

Biryani was so good that i cannot describe it...it was the best biryani for me. With such a wonderful presentation...this one was the best thing i ever had.. Chicken pieces was huge and so well cooked chicken with all the tenderness you can easily eat 2 to 3 pieces with rice..

Paneer nawabi was the thing that need to be explained in detail...it was a gravy paneer with a huge chunks of paneer ...i guess the Pot in which Paneer gravy was delivered to me it had almost Half kg of Paneer...gravy was made of hidden material that we couldn't find what was inside the gravy... Truly one of the best Paneer nawabi so far.

Biryani by kilo has been serving so good food from so long time and this time i had a chance to try their biryani..how can i miss this.. This was the best food for me..as my all family members were very happy after this meal. Thank you biryani by kilo for this wonderful...

Disappointing Experience with Overbilling and Poor Customer Service

I recently ordered 1 kg mutton biryani for takeaway from Biryani by Kilo and received a bill of ₹1049 (₹999 for the biryani + ₹50 tax). While I was waiting outside the restaurant, I received a call from their staff after 10 minutes informing me that there was a system glitch and the actual price of the biryani was ₹829 + tax.

They suggested that I either order a starter for the difference amount or leave it as is. When I requested a refund for the overcharged amount, they outright refused and didn’t allow me to adjust my order either. They simply brushed it off by saying that it was their mistake but didn’t offer any solution to compensate for it.

To make matters worse, I checked the price on Zomato later and found that the mutton biryani was indeed listed at ₹829, confirming their mistake.

This experience left a bad taste, not because of the food, but due to the poor handling of billing issues and lack of customer service. A brand like Biryani by Kilo should handle such situations better, especially when it’s their mistake. I hope they improve their service to avoid such issues...

Dear Biriyani by kilo team, One of the pathetic services i have ever been to due to following reasons: Staff are absolutely not aware of what services are being offered Secondly we ordered veg, egg and murg biriyani, unfortunately they said it will take 30-35 mins, however took one hr for egg biriyani to serve, other two biriyani was not found of even biriyani essence. Any biriyani is served with basmati rice and veg biryani was served with normal rice and itbwas overcooked and rice was pasty Their 0.5 kg is sufficient for only one person and unlike we get as in Andhra or Telangana Overall, not at all satisfied with quantity, quality and service was damn poor Please be careful when you say that Raitha and salan is complementary, it's not case here accustomed to ch region, you will be charged for any of them,ridiculous Go to Andhra or Telangana and learn their way of making biriyani. Sorry overall disappointed with the same and will never...
