Caelestis Rooftop & Fine Dine Restaurant — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

The food was okay.... But the hospitality was worst. I visited yesterday with my husband and daughter, on Valentine's day, for rooftop but on reaching rooftop was told that all tables on rooftop is booked even though only one table was occupied and all others were empty. When we sat in fine dine area on the first floor, we realised that slowly they were sending all couples with kids to first floor...that meant that only couples with no kids were allowed on rooftop which in itself tells how pathetic the hospitality was. Even though we went early we were not allowed on rooftop just because we had a kid. We know this for a fact because we asked a couple on our way in the lift if they had a reservation on rooftop ....they said no but they were allowed on rooftop. I have no intention of going back...

I had a terrible experience at Caelestis Restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. Once seated, no one even came to offer water for 40 minutes! I had to go to the reception to request basic service. When we finally placed our order, two dishes arrived after an hour, and the third dish was taking so long that we decided to cancel it and leave.

The most shocking part? Not a single staff member apologized for their poor service. No effort was made to rectify the situation or offer even a basic apology. The food taste is also overhyped, Not at all worth it!

This restaurant lacks professionalism, customer service, and efficiency. If you value your time and money, I strongly suggest looking for better dining options in Bilaspur. Not worth the...

Most of the food itmes are not available

The way to go to this hotel is through basement lift, there is no way to go from a ground floor lift

Since it is a rooftop, there are terrible mosquitoes and the management wont make any arrangements even if you ask

The food is okay nothing exceptional

The service is bad, they will bring the order after minimum 45 mins which is insane

The lights are oddly placed so night photos wont be nice

The music is okayish, repeating same songs after a while

The rate is good, you wont be getting a big amount in the bill
