Cafe cravings — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

My experience was really bad because of bakwas taste of Schezwan rice. The plate, to our amazement, was served just within 5 MINUTES! After ordering.

The Schezwan rice looked extra orangish. We found the taste, look, & quality of rice to be very INFERIOR. It was not at all worth ₹190/ We complaint to replace it. They did it. The replaced one was better. But, I didn't got the reason of such hurry even if there was no one other than us in cafe.

I also ordered Butterscotch shake and it was so, so sugary. I requested to lessen the sweetness. But, they REFUSED saying that the butterscotch is naturally sweet.

I left with a lot of questions, like: Why can't they provide QUALITY food items? Is the only motive of cafe is earning money & no passion of serving good food? Where is consumer satisfaction?

I walked in there very happily and came out really disappointed. They need to work hard on quality, hygiene, & consumer satisfaction.
