Cake Walker's — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

This is the worst, most worthless and insignificant shop in the town. The name is CAKE WALKER'S. Dont understand what bothers to the owner and thier respective staffs to give the right information to the clients.

ordered cake for birthday party a week ago, on the day of party even after taking multiple follow ups nobody was speaking up the truth and not responding calls. Cake delivery had not yet happened at the given time and already an hour passed, got frustrated calling to shop on all thier mentioned numbers.

Finally I had to go there to see the problem, when I reached, they guys were just prepared the cake by hook or crook, Not exactly the same what I ordered as shared the cake picture. Most of the design parts and flavours were missed.

Thier execuses were like not getting the sufficient ingredients and materials for preparing that one. Not sure why they don't proactively inform to client or even when at the time whe one orders the same at the first place that they don't have capability enough to serve the right thing at the right place, at right time with right expections.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, IMMATURES and RUDE STAFFS/OWNERS. THEY WERE TALKING TO ME AS IF HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOUR AND AM BEGGING TO THEM.

Few numbers mentioned in receipt are no longer valid now, so why are they there? and few are not responded by anyone - Again misleading.

Intresting one - at last, post wasting my time arguing with them, still staffs are not even ready to agree thier mistakes.

A lot to say what all experiences I have gone through. Dont know what to say such fellows.

Request/Suggestions - Boss please be professional, teach your staffs, how to talk and deal with customers. Try to understand someone's delicacy of time.

Spoil my party, time and mood. I wish, if I had already seen the reviews.

Ordered a fruit cake. Let me tell you one thing, it was so so so bad, it had not a single piece of fruit in it. Only cream of different colours. A fruit cake is what they call it, literally ruined the birthday. God damn no fruit in a fruit cake. I usually prefer other bakers in Bilaspur, but this time I thought of going with Cake walkers, and the experience is horrible. Don't have words to express it was this horrible. Cake Walker's is located near old bus stand karbala road. Cake walker's is well known for their freshly baked cake and bread pastries etc. Cake walker's cake has very great flavour. aroma and taste of cake feels very pleasent and Cake Walker's cake has no any strenge kind of smell and flavours.
