Worst Experience Ever

This was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve had—not just once, but twice.

On my first visit, I ordered biryani, expecting something decent. What I got was just plain rice tossed with bassi (stale) chicken. It was dry, tasteless, and clearly made with zero care or quality. I didn’t leave a review back then, thinking it might have been a one-off bad day.

But today, on my second visit, things somehow got even worse. We were served rotten curd with a disgusting smell that made it inedible. It was clearly spoiled and should never have been served to customers.

The food was completely unhygienic, smelled bad, and felt like a serious health risk.

I will never be going back and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. Total waste of money, and frankly, dangerous to...

I visited this place with my family for my birthday dinner. The staff here is well-mannered. The food was served well by the staff. The ambience is quite good, with aesthetic designs and lights. The food here is also good. I tried the Veg Kabab Platter as a starter which had 5-6 varieties (4/5), Veg Tufani was suggested by the staff there, but it wasn't good (2.5/5), Paneer Matka tasted good but it was cold (3/5), Garlic Butter Naan was delicious (4.5/5). The quantity served is quite good. They also serve complimentary refreshment drinks, nachos/fryums and paan shots.

The sitting arrangement can be improved as the table is distanced from the sofa, either they can be closer or cushions could be provided for better comfort and sitting...

Worst experience ever!! Booked 2 days prior for my birthday celebration so that I could be the early bird for their separate cabin and a better experience with my friends on sunday but the so called manager and staff...HATS OFF TO THEM for ruining my birthday party because of them I was and they gave me a less to nothing and made us sat on a mediocre table which was not at all expected with a hotel with such good ratings ....and due to their mismanagement they didn't book the separate cabin and guess WHAT? the manager itself has booked my table on phone...L hotel, L management, L staff, L service, L attitude of...
