Indian coffee house — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

Manger has no sense how to talk to the customer, the waiter served cold dosa, when we asked him it's cold and not the recent one ,the manger said "when we served it was cold , that it in fraction of second the dosa became cold after being served, he was using cheap tricks. He said " humne jab serve Kiya tab garam tha ,apko turant khana suru kar dena tha apko uska Pooja nahi karna tha" these was his comment on cold dosa. The incident took place yesterday between 9 to 10 pm. These kind of uneducated coffee house managers have spoiled the image of ich. He has no manners how to talk to customers even if you are sitting with your family.I would suggest don't go to that coffee house, it can happen with you peoples as well. The place and and brand name of any ich is not worth the name it has carried for years . It is going in downfall year by year .

First the ambience is very old like a school table and bench . It looks like you are eating in early 2000s . Whereas the other restaurants have lots of things like nice cutlery ,a very good ambience ,wall decors and comfy furniture . But here you have nothing . Also sometimes it feels you are entering a hospital with white tiles .😅

For eg I have been eating in ich since I was a child . But since time passed the price increased but there no improvement in ambience . Restaurants like hariraj are far better than this restaurant . Sector 9 Coffee house owner is very arrogant.I asked them to bring Masala dosa however they served cold Masala dosa and it was obviously non crispy.When I asked waiter to return it they started arguing that you didn't eat on time and that's why dosa became cold.I asked the manager that dosa was clod while it served.
