Iraa Bilaspur — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

Very late service and many mismanagements by staffs.Running water in front of my dining table (leakage from AC duct). Too much price according to the quantity and taste.The staffs were in some hurry and were trying to clean the plates from the table while eating food . Vegetables in tawa veg were all raw. And Paneer tikka masala was also disappointing. Khichdi was only the food my family liked that also took a lot of time to be served . Overall experience was quite so so, but not bad....

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly rude and seemed uninterested in providing good service. It felt like they couldn’t be bothered to assist customers, making the overall atmosphere unpleasant. Staff name mandal even switched off the lights while we request to click a new year picture . Pathetic service. Staff is also as terrible as the food. I can understand that you have a lot of money to burn but there are several other ways to do so rather than visiting here. Totally gaanv wala waiters and waitresses. Daru you can get from platinum or sirgitti theka and much better veg food is served in near about restaurants like Shyam vatika...
