Had dinner with 11 people, the food was better than the service.

1. The starters I ordered were not served to even one person, when asked the manager if it will be served he informed the table which he had setup is not easily accessible so that's why they cannot serve. So they did not served anything to anybody at my table.
2. I ordered 3 veg main course dishes but only 2 came to the table, the 3rd dish did not get punched, why do you people use digital orders if you can't handle, better stick to paper and pen. The 3rd dish took long enough to a point all of my family members were already fed up with the service.
3. No finger bowls provided to even 1 of the members, I had to ask for tissues multiple times.

Their excuse to all of this, rhey had less staff, apparently there was some bday function at their banquet hall, but I could see even of staff on the floor just walking in and out of the kitchen. The food is good enough at other places than here in Bilaspur but the service is much better at a small dhaba than here. Would not...
