Maava The Taste Of South — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

I had a very disappointing experience at this South Indian café. The service was extremely poor and completely unorganized. Despite placing our order early, we had to wait for over an hour, while other customers who arrived much later were served before us.

There was absolutely no system in place — only 2-3 people were taking orders, and they seemed confused and overwhelmed. No one bothered to give us an update or even apologize for the delay. The lack of professionalism and customer service really ruined the experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for timely service or basic hospitality. Definitely not...

Worst experience ever,

we had a disappointing experience today. We ordered just one plate of regular idli, but even after that, 2–4 people who came after us received their idli orders before us. It felt like there was no proper attention given to our order.

We even ordered a thali thinking it would be served quickly, but that too got delayed. The restaurant wasn’t empty — in fact, many customers who came after us were getting their food on time, while we kept waiting.
