I used to visit here occasionally and the overall experience was okay earlier, last time when I visited a month ago the service was really late, it's okay, there might be too many orders to serve ..but today when I went and ordered half chicken biryani I got two pieces of which the bigger one had maximum bones only so I complained about it to the waitress regarding the same, and asked to bring another piece of chicken, so she took the piece I complained about and later on she brought me another piece which was similar to the smaller one, I was fed up and didn't complained anymore just couldn't finish the biryani because those two tiny pieces of chicken was not enough to even finish half plate of biryani..!! Maintenance: . Not good but still if given proper care, the restaurant can look good. . When I ate food there, their was storage of water for washing hands in the basin and also the washroom was having a pungent odur. Quality of Food . Their monopoly 'Biryani' it was made without the essence of Dalchini and laung, just simple steamed and soaked with the flavour of a biryani. . The Chicken gravy dish you are observing is just two large pieces of chicken with a ton of greasy gravy but still taste good. They just require to cook it with less oil. . Salad which they usually give to every dish, was kept fully opened inside in a fruit crate made up of plastic which we usually see in the vegetable market. . I visited Madrasi Grill yesterday for dinner, I visit various madrasi chain restaurants from past 20 years, but yesterday what I experienced was never experienced before, I ordered a dish but they served a wrong dish, when I complained about this, they were not ready to accept that, a waiter came and removed the plates which they put before us and ordered a waitress to cancel all the orders from us, it was very humiliating when the other guests were looking at us, as if we have done something wrong or they are feeding us for free. On complaining to the supervisor available there, he also did not listen to us and went back, it was very rude and harsh, I never experienced this before, I strongly recommend not to visit...
