My recent visit to Madrasi restaurant telibandha branch was quite disappointing.

The food, which is supposed to be the heart of any restaurant, was utterly tasteless. I had expected bold, flavorful fried chicken, but what I received lacked seasoning and any real appeal.

Moreover, the service left much to be desired. The staff was inattentive and displayed a lack of professionalism, making the dining experience uncomfortable. Good hospitality is just as important as good food, and this restaurant unfortunately failed on both fronts.

As the saying goes, "Service is the soul of a restaurant," and here, that soul was missing. In fact, my experience can best be summarized by the phrase, "Big promises, small delivery." While the name of the restaurant suggests something special, the reality...

I ordered Full Mutton Kadai of 6pcs and 2 naans. They only served 4 mutton pcs in the dish. When questioned about the quantity they don't admit and tried to argue by saying the pieces were broken which is not true as it is filled with gravy and vegetables. Instead they blamed us. Very bad experience, they served half cooked chicken malai tikka , further they served like some very small residual pieces in fish tikka, the food had no taste, it is blot on food map of raipur, once a great brand Madrasi in an effort to expand its business has lost the plot on quality food and taste, if they can't serve good food they should promptly shut the place down , it is only a waste of money for visitors and their food probably is a...
