Neelkanth Restaurant — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

I visited Neelkanth Restaurant multiple times, but every time the experience was disappointing. The first time, the food taste was not good. We thought maybe it was because we went late or because it was a busy season, so we didn’t complain. The second visit also wasn’t good. On the third time, again the taste was below average.

But on the fourth visit, things went too far. We were told that the ‘special thali unlimited’ is only for one person and cannot be shared. Then they said we could share, but only if we ordered something extra so it would look like one thali per person. We agreed and ordered one special thali and aloo paratha, but the taste was again terrible. Later when we ordered rice, another staff member said only one thali can be served at a time and that it’s not actually unlimited. When we called the previous staff, we were told he had gone out for delivery.

We didn’t complain at the counter, but after four bad experiences, I feel it’s important to leave this review. The service is confusing, the taste is poor, and the behavior was unprofessional. I will never visit this...

We’ve visited this hotel multiple times, and each experience has been nothing short of satisfying. The quality of the food has remained consistently excellent, leaving us with no complaints whatsoever. Every dish we’ve tried has been well-prepared, especially malai kofta and veg-jaipuri. The consistency in taste and presentation makes it a reliable choice for a nice dining experience. Whether it’s a casual meal or a special occasion, we always leave feeling pleased with our decision...

Well it's good if you want cheap food and good taste.....mainly crowded by students...the only place in this locality where u can get food till 12'o clock at night
