SahuJi's - Dosa Cafe — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

I recently visited the Dosa Cafe of Sahu ji on SECL Street and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The dosas were some of the best I've had in a long time. The texture was perfect - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fillings were delicious, and the chutneys and sambar were the perfect accompaniments.

What really stood out to me was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed and that our food was to our liking. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations.
