Shere Punjab has given me the worst food experience of my life. I went there with my family. And we had ordered Chicken Korma and Butter Chicken but we were served Kashmiri Chicken in the name of Chicken Korma. We found the Chicken Korma very sweet, because of the dirty taste of Korma, we did not think it right to eat it when we asked the waiter why this Korma is so sweet. Then he understood his mistake that he has served us Chicken Kashmiri. But still he stuck to his point and kept telling us that chicken korma is always sweet. When we went to pay the bill, they added Kashmiri chicken along with butter chicken and when we asked them that we had not ordered Kashmiri chicken, they said that if you did not order it, how would we have added it to your bill. The person who was present at the bill counter understood this mistake but still he did not take any action on this thing.Our order was wrongly taken and presented wrongly, due to which we had to pay Rs 380/- for that kashmiri chicken Neither we got refund nor our bill...

Due to Navratri, they were not serving any non-veg item. So I ordered plain naan and palak paneer. After waiting for around 15 minutes, they served me hot. Palak paneer was really nice, paneer was soft and the palak gravy was yummy. It was garnished with fried diced onions, green chilly and capsicum which enhanced the taste and there was a dollop of fresh cream on top of it. Naan was soft and they had sprinkled kallonji in it. The lemon pickle just tasted like home made. Lastly, I ordered a glass of lassi to gulp down my food. It was very good though could have been less sweet. Nevertheless, overall food quality was very nice. I certainly recommend this place. There is also another restaurant New Sher e Punjab adjacent to this which may confuse people.
