Shino's Grill — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

I recently visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I had ordered Paneer Lucknowi, a vegetarian dish I was genuinely looking forward to. To my surprise (and dismay), what arrived instead was Mutton Keema — a completely different dish, not only in ingredients but in dietary preference.

Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but what truly bothered me was the staff’s attitude. Rather than acknowledging the error seriously or offering a sincere apology, they treated it casually as if serving meat instead of a vegetarian item was a small oversight. For many customers, including myself, food preferences are tied to ethical, religious, or dietary reasons, and such mistakes should be handled with far more care and professionalism.

This kind of lapse in attention and customer service leaves a lasting negative impression. I hope the management takes feedback like this seriously and trains the staff to be more attentive and respectful in handling orders and their aftermath.

Until then, I’m unlikely to return or recommend this...

I ordered "Chicken a la cube". Tried searching it on Google but, couldn't find anything. Yet, it was delicious. Portions were good for two. Quite a sense of fulfillment, giving dish I'd say. Served very well. Now coming to ambience of restaurant it's wonderful and the waiters seem to know about the food, cuz when asked they explained well. Prices are a tad on higher side but then again they're offering delicacies that you can't find everywhere easily. Overall experience was awesome and will suggest to go. Delighted to see such a performing restaurant in Jagdalpur. Opened few months ago, the restaurant has already earned name for its excellent ambience and nice food quality. Very much impressed on the first visit. Ambience is very soothing and genteel. Cleanliness must be praised. About food quality, the quality is high compared to price. Visited with group of friends and had chicken lollipops (₹210), tandoor chicken (₹190), chilly chicken (₹160), chicken biriyani (₹190), chicken paradise (₹230), veg platter (₹320), paneer tikka (₹180), masala cold drinks (₹40).
