Subway Vidhan Sabha Road — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

I visited this subway in April, 2022. I along with my friend visited on a weekday afternoon so there was no rush here. We had a bad experience as we had thought of spending some time here after buying some cold drinks. The staff was not very friendly and we had to remind them 2-3 times to switch on the fan. After switching the fan on, they kept it that way for about 15-20 minutes and then again switched it off. We felt unwelcome in the place, so we just left.

I thought the whole idea of placing a food outlet in a mall is to give a pleased experience to the customer. Additionally, given that there was no rush, the staff could have let us sit there for sometime as the only expense they were incurring was electricity and that too after we had paid them for the drinks we ordered.

I believe proper training should be imparted to the staff so that they respect the customers and function like a modern restaurant & not like a pre-modern family business.

Apart from this, the location of this subway inside the mall is great with good seating facility and proper hygiene. Chairs of medium height as well as high rising ones are available. Some seats give the feel of sitting in a balcony...

I think the only Subway in the rye Pasari which has all are facilities but I think this still need some improvements like is it in the open area like you want to call him like it's it's not like that the environment that you won't be getting weather is like open area where we get to sit in the like a table and chairs and you sit in open area whatever it is like public to...

Not up to subway standard. Staff poorly trained and rude. The potato wedges served to us were inedible as they were rock hard, burnt, I have to pound to break them….when you complaint the staff says that’s how...
