The Diamond Restaurant — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

I have ordered a cake that has cost me around ₹1200 with delivery charges and that cake was a below average cake the base was very hard and may be that was not even a freash cake. I have ordered that cake after one of my friend's recommendation he told me that diamond has the best cakes available in bilaspur but I don't think the same because what I had got was a below to below average cake, main highlight was I have given the feedback of taste of the cake to their staff and that staff was unbothered he told me that he will check and revert to me and after that I didn't received any call from them. I have ordered that cake on 24th December and till now I didn't got any revert from them. Totally waste of money. I will not recommend this...

Been to this place for dinner with my family twice only. Both of my dinner experiences have been pathetic in terms of Food & Services. The food isn’t tasty at all, I guess the not-so-popular dhabas around the highways would serve better tasteful food. The service is equally pathetic. I ordered appetisers 15 minutes before I placed my main courses. And the waiter didn’t made that order and we received the appetisers after main course was served. They too more than an hour to get the food on table. I eventually ended up cancelling the appetisers. Wish I could cut down more money from the bill. The crowd is probably going there because of brand lately or due to lack of good restaurants in the city. I will never go this...

I went with my family of 25 to celebrate one's birthday. We carefully selected this restaurant after reading 700+ excellent reviews. We booked a table at glass ceiling and wall area, we were super excited and in awe to see the gorgeous ambiance.. staff was prompt and very polite.. We ordered variety of food starting from soups, veg & non veg starters followed by main course.. Food was a huge disappointment.. everything was either uncooked or not authentic... Kids didn't touch the food at all... It was an embarrassment as we took our family 15km to eat good food but no one liked anything other than dal... Not recommend if you love good food Recommend if your priority is...
