The Havana — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

I recently visited Havana Cafe, located on the rooftop of Twin Plaza near Agrasen Square in Telipara, Bilaspur. The cafe is easily accessible with a lift that takes you directly to the 3rd floor rooftop. One of the best things about this place is its ambiance — the interior is well-decorated and creates a cozy vibe. The rooftop setup offers a pleasant view of the city, making it a great spot to relax with friends or enjoy a peaceful evening.

However, when it comes to food, the experience was quite average. The taste didn’t really stand out and didn’t quite justify the high prices they charge. While the presentation was decent, the overall flavor could definitely be improved. For the price range, one would expect either exceptional taste or larger portions.

The staff was courteous and the service was on time, which is a plus. Havana Cafe has potential with its great location and ambiance, but there is room for improvement in the food department.
