Bakingo — Restaurant in Dadri

I would rate bakingo and their service in a negative star rating. Being such a big brand in the baking industry, they least bothered about the on time delivery. They are literally almost ruined by Son's First Birthday Party by delivering cake 4 hours late without even bothered to inform me that cake is getting delayed. They never offered me options to opt out and get a refund.

My guests waited for cake cutting for almost 2 hours before leaving the party.

The various interactions with customer executives were so bad that none of them gave me the right information, the reason for delay.

I ordered and paid 2 days before the occasion, yet they couldn't deliver it on time.

Even though they are charging more than the market rates, they didn't deliver all the items i ordered with the cake.

For such a mess and bad experience where they ruid my party, they offer me 300 bucks in refund for 5.5k cake. They should have refunded me at least half of the amount as a gesture.

I recommend everyone to think twice before ordering cakes for special...

Unfortunately i ordered on my daughter’s birthday online by paying extra amount for fixed time delivery between 3 to 4pm. I received a confirmation that order is received and delivery will be done at fixed selected time. I enquired at 4pm that the cake is not delivered. The customer care told me that the cake cannot be delivered before 6:30pm as sponge for cake is not available. I need to make alternate arrangements and bakingo shamelessly delivered the cake at 6:30pm. I ordered chocolate cake but black forest cake is delivered and that too with a wrong name on the cake. I have ordered the same cake 10 days ago from bakingo in delhi that has garnish and have suttle cream it took the rider 10 mins and all the cake we received was melted, also when we talk about the cake doesn't look the same at all that we ordered few days ago and have the picture in zomato the manager said no its the same now we Doesn't put the garnish that much. Worst service provided by the manager of sector 83 noida. They doesn't even know what there cakes looks like and the way they don't wanna take the feedback...
