Barbeque Nation — Restaurant in Dadri

It was the most pathetic experience today at Barbeque Nation, Sec-16 Noida. Since the very beginning as soon as we stepped into at early dining hour @ 7:15pm, when the whole restaurant is almost empty, asked for a specific 4 seater table (which weren't even marked as RESERVED), attendant denied saying it's reserved which actually was empty for the next 40-45min till some walk-in family of 4 didn't arrive. Anyways it's still a trivial thing.

The main issue starts with the starters. I don't know what the chef had in mind, everything on the table is super spicy - be it chaap, paneer, mushroom, or salsa potato. We felt like it was the food from the previous shift which had been redecorated with some more marination and re-roasted it. On requesting the attendant to make it less spicy, the 2nd round of steaks came in which hardly had some difference, now the 3rd round of steaks came in which somewhat toned down. The Chef is now saying I will redo the whole food but what's the point by this time, we are done with starter food. After all we too have a limit to eating food. Now, what is the point of serving super spicy food and going thru round n round to get it corrected. We went to eat an authentic taste of BBQ food but here we are guiding them to do this, do that. Is it what we paid you for - to make you learn how to cook food.

Next come the barbeque itself, the steaks that are coming in feel like stoned cold and so is our barbeque. Barbeque is meant to make food a slight roast and keep it warm but it doesn't seem to serve its purpose. After 2 rounds of steaks, on request they changed the barbeque with actual coals and then it started heating but again of no use because by that time we were done with the starter round.

Next come the main course itself, didn't find anything interesting so decided to go by Biryani. Whole family took it and what we found when we took the first bite, it stoned cold. Walked back to Chef again to tell him that your food is cold. He started apologizing I just realized, the hot plate is not working and we will get it corrected. The Biryani was so cold, I'm sure it was lying there for so long. Then to fix the service, they sent a plate full of hot Biryani at our table but the taste was so bland. Felt like rice boiled with vegetables.

On giving the feedback, just keep on saying we came to you to ask to correct it. Now, you yourself tell me, I came to eat a decent taste of food or make you learn how to cook it. Really Really disappointing and disheartening. It was our anniversary day and we came with certain plans but you have ruined them...

This was my first visit to BBQ Nation, sector 16, Noida . I was here to enjoy MA road ki Masti festival . MA Road in Mumbai is famous for its lip smacking street food & What better than experiencing such delights without going to Mumbai .

The way the entire staff greets you and takes care of your do's & dont's is absolutely commendable . As soon i entered the place, there was a beautifully decorated rickshaw on my left and the live counters and rehri-carts decorated with desi slogan to give us full on feel of eating Mumbai's street style food .

The live counters were all set to serve customers Mumbai style Dahi puris , Momos, Pav Bhaji , Kebabs & Tikkis & the other counter was making non veg delicacies like Chicken Baida paratha, Kheema khaleji and that too in traditional style . Its always a pleasure watching someone preparing food for you live . A whole new experience . Must try all the dishes from these live counters .

After enjoying few MA Road's delicacies i started gorging over the starters . The aroma of marination was all around . Paneer tikka, Mushroom tikka, grilled Pineapple , kachalu tikka everything was just perfect . They even made spiced up cinnamon pineapples and spicy mocktails for me which i thoroughly enjoyed with my starters .

Though the place was jam packed . But they were managing everything perfectly . Oh , how can i forgot the special performance that the entire BBQ team did . That brought so much energy and connected everyone .

Now coming back to the MAIN COURSE . Lavish buffet . A whole lot of variety . From seasonal veggies to traditional Indian , Chinese veg & non veg dishes they have got everything . The best part is everything tasted amazing . That is quite impressive . Breads you'll get on your table .

I am in love with Bbq's food , service , staff and ambience . Its a perfect place to fine dine with family / friends or your near & dears .

LAST But not the least, DESSERTS . Happy and a sweet ending to my hearty dinner . I loved the desserts specially the kiwi mousse , nariyal ka halwa .

One more thing , do visit the " KULFI NATION" counter here . You'll get to taste variety of kulfis that you can customise as per your choice . This guy named Ankur Rana is excellent in his work .

Thank you Barbeque Nation for making my first visit an amazing one . Special mention to the Manager Mr Aakash Yadav & one guy from the staff Nitesh Kumar and From Live counters " Shubham Ravat" - keep up the good work !!

I have visited multiple outlets of the brand and this one most frequented. The way it started and the way it stands today is very different. Earlier the variety was more amd service less hurried and genuine,if my memory serves me right earlier there were basti g oils etc which have gone off the table over the period of time. Anyways,specific experience this time on Xmas ,at sec 16 outlet. Let me tell you that i know that Xmas is busy but still the experience could have been better What went well The initial attentiveness was nice The beverages were good The desserts were good The food was good but the temperature killed it A counter outside the restaurant serving soup and ,revdi to the waiting guests was a nice gesture

What can be improved drastically Speed of beverage service ,the beverages came after multiole reminders and when we were almost finished with snacks The food at the buffet was cold and no one cares The veggies at the salad section were cut like a local place and even at one point cucumbers were over n no one cared to refill ,the easy fix was remove the dish :-) The clearnac eof plates from the tables took forever Few snacks ordered took forever to come and after multiple reminders The tables at the front of the restaurant were served well in terms of condiment but somehow our table a big soup bowl of minth chutney was placed as condiment The managers had no genuine concern apart from asking for a great rebiew when call came for feedback,the approach was so late that none of the experience could be reversed.The genuineness was missing in the interaction and somehow reflects on the upper mangement how they are driving it. They gave few plum cakes for xmas but again did not understand the logic for a table of 4,only 2 cakes were handed .whwreas on others everyone else got a piece each ,on asking they said it is upon the billing.oh c'mon guys who are you kiddin the billing for each tablenis same as all have the same bbq buffet and drinks so do not know why the discrimination was made.

To sum it up ,i think the management needs to think how to scale it up bacl to the earlier days when they started especially the genuineness. I always feel it is all about the management and not the...
