I ordered 3 special veg thupka for a dine in at restaurant for my family. taste was really pathetic and more over the worst part was in their menu they mentioned the price as 169 but when they finally billed they charged 220 and when asked the owner about the difference he lit a cigarette and started smoking in front of us before answering anything, i was with my father standing infront of him who doesn't even touch any kind of tobacco, how manner and etiquette less can a person be in service industry, post that he showed a small line in the menu at the bottom with very tiny words that they can change the price whenever they feel like. I was so stunned to see that just in the time we drank our soup their prices increased. Eventually they started saying things like pay whatever you feel like in a tone that they are doing a favor to us. I paid them 540 which was according to the price in menu + 5% taxes + 8 rupees extra. If anyone is looking to have Filthy food, horrible experience with the owner and see how uncultured an individual can be then this place is perfectly apt. I am not sure how to respond to your response hence adding my response here . Through this is not an essay or thesis writing competition Mr. Bawarchi Baba but I would b eager to read your essay as to what leads you to throw smoke in the face of complaining customers with more smoke than your words or had it been your family visiting a restaurant and complaining to the owner and the owner behaving the way you did then you might had been at a better situation to actually understand the humane thing I was expecting but nevertheless your response clearly reflects that you do not feel even a pinch of apology which was the least i was expecting. I wish I could wish good blessing for you as well but I would wish more important thing for you to behave more human which is "hope God gives you more wisdom to acquire better...
