I was served a burnt dosa, and when I requested a replacement, they refused outright and became aggressive.

They charge extra for packaging without informing you in advance — even for basic items like dosa. Pricing is unjustifiably high for a place like Ghaziabad, and they mislead customers on platforms like Zomato/Swiggy by listing multiple idli options in a confusing way. If you’re not careful, you’ll end up paying ₹70+tax for just one piece of idli.

When you question their service or food, they threaten not to serve you in the future, and even intimidate you on camera. Their behavior is not only unethical but borders on harassment.
