I recently had a very unpleasant experience with Bikanervala, Lal Kuan, Ghaziabad regarding an order placed via Zomato on 16-Feb-2025 at 3:06 PM by my wife.
Order Details: 2 packets of Laddu Banarsi (500gm each) 2 Paneer Pakoda However, instead of receiving two 500gm packets, she was given one single 1kg packet. When she raised this with the Zomato delivery executive, he mentioned that the restaurant handed it over this way and dismissively responded: "Now packing has been done, so deliver it. We are giving 1kg sweet, it doesn’t matter if it’s in two boxes or one."
Upon calling Bikanervala, Lal Kuan, the staff member was extremely rude, argued unnecessarily, and refused to correct the order or process a return. Additionally, the person refused to disclose his name, but Truecaller identified the number as belonging to someone named Ganesh.
This kind of misbehavior and unprofessional service is completely unacceptable. We have always trusted Bikanervala for both online and offline purchases, but this experience has been truly disappointing. Hope the management takes action and improves their...
Read moreOverall dining experience, food quality and the ambience at Bikanervala Lal Kuan franchise is pathetic.. I have eaten at other outlets of Bikanervala several times, however eating at this particular franchise remains an appalling experience. Food served here is nothing compared to the ghaziabad branch or any other one for that matter. The place is seldom lit well. Once I was having dinner and the manager got half the lights in the restaurant to be turned off. Upon asking him, I was told that the lights are affecting the cooling in the restaurant!
Bikanervala is well known for its chaat delicacies. It saddens me to report that I've found the curd in chaat to be sour most of the time, they add too much sugar to make it sweet which further degrades the taste of chaat. Same goes for north indian and chinese foods, whether you order paneer or manchurian they are sure to disappoint you. Manchurian balls were hard.
This place needs...
Read moreI don’t know why but when we reached there, no customer was there and firstly it was weird for us because we never saw any Bikaner so empty, anyways we were hungry so sat down and ordered chole kulche those kulche were so hard and there was a smell and very stiffness it seems like either expired or some issue with those. Then we ordered stuffed kulcha thali with daal makhni ad raita, same nothing seems fresh, we ordered Rasmalai that was also not good, then we asked then to pack idli , literally when we reached home after 2 hours it was smelling so bad that we immediately threw away, I would never visit this place again, and will suggest all of you as well that even if you are visiting first order one thing try and taste that and place other orders , we made this mistake of ordering everything at once. We literally not feeling good in the evening after having food...
