Very disappointed in the burger king outlet of okhla bird sanctuary metro station food court. Ordered a veg aloo tikki burger meal of 99/- for three people on 31st March 2023 in the afternoon, around 1. However the lady at the counter kept on forcing us to take another beverage and lied to us saying that they ran out of Pepsi. The crowd in the entire day is not as much that an entire outlet runs out of supply. If the 99/- meal scheme is a loss for the outlet then discontinue with it. A couple order the same meal after us and they were given Pepsi. Another ordered the same meal for 8 people and they were given Pepsi. When we approached the lady again, she told her colleague to "taste the quality" of Pepsi. Hilarious. When we order for ice-cream, guess what? They don't have it.
If you're so unhappy with your job for whatever reason and want to spoil the mood of customers by lying to them, please shut down and give another outlet a chance to serve. You won't...

I’ve been trying to reach the store for over 12 hours, but all their contact numbers have been unavailable, which makes me question why they even have them listed. I’ve also raised a complaint through the app and have received no response or update since.
It’s shocking how such a well-known brand could operate with such disregard for customer service and accountability. Truly disappointing and...

Their booking system is unnecessarily complex, making the dining experience frustrating. You end up spending 10–15 minutes just ordering food through a QR code, even though the ordering board and counter are empty. Yet, they insist on using QR codes.
What they really mean is: "We do not allow customers who only have cash."
I had the worst experience, and Burger King’s dine-in service is getting more complicated and unpleasant with each passing day.
After Burger king's revert I have sent email to them but no revert. Now, I know why I got that bad...
