If you are planning to go for a different taste then you are up for a disappointment.
I tried the Rawa dosa for Lunch which turned out to look exactly like a simple suzi dosa in texture, filled with simple homemade allo sabzi. The taste of south indian dishes comes from the chutney and sambar, Martabaan failed to serve even a remotely decent sambar, Chutney were hot and sambar was lukewarm.
The dosa had balck soot stuck around it's corners which was definitely the Tawa grease stuck to it. It was not a surprise given that half of the kitchen takes the beating from outdoor environmental elements all day and night with workers chopping and preparing raw materials right outside under the sun with flies and dust everywhere.
The service was way below average as once the food is served then no one will come to entertain you about any water or refils.
Overall for the price they are offering the south indian, i won't go with high hopes and wouldn't even have bothered to write this review but when I saw the back story of the owners and both of them being Chefs from the Oberois' kitchens, it compelled me to write this. The owners have failed to justify their talent and love for food at their outlet.

We tried the Paneer Makhani which was delicious. The naan bread was fresh and pillowy, and the rice was fluffy and fragrant.
To cap off our meal, we ordered the Gulab Jamun, a traditional Indian dessert. It was the perfect sweet note to end a fantastic meal.
Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine made with passion and care. Satyam and Anmol have truly created a culinary masterpiece, and we can't wait to come...
