Mithaas Sweet Restaurant — Restaurant in Dadri

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the deteriorating quality of food and service at your Mithaas Outlet located in Noida sector 53. Since we began visiting this outlet in 2019, we have noticed a significant decline in both the food quality and the professionalism of the staff.

In my recent visits, especially during the last 4-5 months, the food has consistently fallen short of the standards we expect from Mithaas. Even basic accompaniments like achar have not been provided with the meals, which is uncommon compared to our previous experiences at your restaurant.

We have always appreciated the friendly and professional service from the staff, but the current team seems to lack the same level of dedication and courtesy.

We genuinely have high expectations from Mithaas, and we would like to see improvements in both food quality and service. We miss the previous staff who contributed significantly to our enjoyable dining experiences.

Wonderful spot. Personally the rasgullas here are to die for. I absolutely adore them. The system is well made, pay up at the counter and grab your food, be it eat at the location or takeaway. The workers are held to a high standard with regards to cleanliness and keeping a clean counter and workspot itself. The menu is extensive and almost everything tastes quite wonderful. Don't let the name of the spot fool you, as there are a large variety of dishes available here and they are all wonderful too. Just finished pao bhaji from mithaas at main gijhore road, red oil on bhaji and 9 tissues fully soaked in oil/butter. The question is that are these people not aware how to cook and what proportion of fats to be added to a dish... such a filthy and unhealthy stuff to eat. A simple dish having so much of unwanted fat and the grudge of not eating this again from mithaas is all that prevails.
