SON OF SWAAD DADRI — Restaurant in Dadri

I have been there twice. First time, my experience was not that good. I liked that Son of swaad spl gravy chaap, rest items were kinda ok. Worst part was staff's behaviour. One guy(that ear pierced guy) on bill counter behaved like a goon. I can say it was not a family friendly behaviour. Then one more member came ( I think his name was Keshav) and he pacified things. I thought "chalo it's first time. Thoda upar niche chalta hai". After a week I went again. But this time same story continued. This time again I ordered Son of Swad spl gravy chaap, but this time taste was pathetic. I enquired and came to know that main chef is on leave today. Chalo that is fine.But again that ear pierced guy on bill counter misbehaved. He was misbehaving with not just only me but with everyone. Anyways I can wish owner good luck, rest is his wish. I think for any hospitality business (restaurant, food chain etc ) , good behaviour with customer is very must. Food thoda upar niche chalega, but without good behaviour of staff no restaurant can survive in long...

Worst experience ever... They gave momos that were not fresh and tasted like they have rotten also they refused to refund it ... We also ordered chaap from that place and that was so bad looking and tasting They told that vendor has changed ... Earlier the food was good but now I'll never...

Food was good, service was great as well
