The lady is not at all professional. She delivered incomplete birthady cake and that too one and a half hour late. She told us that she would be providing us with candles, happy birthday token the 13 number made of fondant and knife but as I said the cake was incomplete. Later during the payment she didn't give any compensation and was very rude to us.

You are supposed to give a compensation to your customer on your own when you deliver something incomplete. That is your duty. And as far as I remember after so much of rude talking from your side and so many things missing from the cake we deducted only 50 ruppes. And maam cake was 1 and a half hour late maybe you weren't listening properly when we were specifying details. And the attitude with which u responded to my google review, maybe you could have talked to me and my mom with the same attitude on phone. Instead of giving excuses and blaming us that we are just so rapacious, a simple apology from your side would have definitely changed my thoughts about you. Even now on a social platform you have the audacity to give such excuses and not apologize. I feel so sorry for you. YOU HAVE A BIT OF SKILL BUT U R SO NON-...

Worst service ever. Ruined our celebrations . Not only cake was damaged but also delayed by 2.5 hrs when half of guest gone. Took snacks , decoration and cake from one place just to make our kids bday super smooth but they made it nightmare for us. If u Cant take the ownership stop giving multiple services.

Cake ordered days before in advance so no point saying it takes time. Delivery provided by you so no point saying its damaged at Society gate or transit. Assuming all knows if cake orders it has to delivery timely and safely. Even after not able to make it as discussed during booking. Communication too very poor. Keep saying coming in next 30 min and finally its reached after 2 hours. I have ordered lots of things from you on the basis of Cake only. As cake is the base of any birthday celebrations. But yet you guys spoiled it in a very unprofessional way. 5.I asked you for a full money + compensation as your mistake spoil our event and also our image in society. but you guys keep arguing on price and finally i show some decency to cut only 1k in total amount of around 7k right?

Oh god this ugly place! Guys if uhh are serious about any celebration kindly dont visit there. The staffs are only good until uhh buy the cake! Funny na! Today we bought choco truffle which was not fresh! And sour taste was coming and so we decided to take it back to the shop! They were life no it is not sour in taste so frnds we were idiots who purchased from a liar! One staff is saying it is bitter in taste another is saying it is fresh and so on. And you know the owner was saying i am not responsible ohh! God people are starting opening cake shop but dont know what to do with that. We took our remaining choco truffle back to the shop so that the staffs and so honest owner cam enjoy one one bite! Thnk uhh guys for spoilong our celebration and mood!
