To enjoy 100% pure Arabica coffee, on a Sunday evening went with family to the newly opened Tim Hortons, Skymark Noida. Within a few minutes of entering Was thoroughly disappointed due to following reasons which should be immediately addressed else I don’t see much future of this outlet. The queue to enter to place the order is wrongly located. Because while standing in queue was interjected by servers who had to cut the queue and crossover to the other side, because their door to enter inside the working area is located on the right side of the queue. So there is no option but for everyone to cut across the long queue of people waiting to place order. Only one person doing billing at the counter and took all the time in the world to complete even one order. Staff needs training to process quickly else long waiting time (average 20 minutes). Imagine standing there for 20 minutes getting interrupted 20 times by the staff cutting across. After so much wait when we got the order served all 7 coffees (cappuccinos) were only luke warm and we had to request them to hear them. The coffee was dripping outside the ceramic cups and was clumsily served. Was a disappointing experience.

Unless these basic things are addressed will not be a pleasant...

I visited them recently it was really nice and warm. Loved the atmosphere there. The decor was charming and simple. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious coffee, as well as some light bites and mouth watering pastries. I tried their signature frozen French vanilla coffee and mushroom cheese melt sandwich. They were delicious and I ended up ordering the sandwich again via Zomato. I do recommend their caramel macchiato and cream cheese bagel as well. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They had multiple dairy free options too which was also quite good.They have a comfortable seating area, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment or catching up with friends. It’s a must visit tbh.
