New Poona Bakery,Daund (Arvind General Stores) — Restaurant in Daund

Horrible experience and worst cake shop, worst service. I ordered fruit overloaded cake through zomato. I tracked and I could see that the cake was picked up from New Poona bakery (Ambedkar Chowk, daund) Also I confirmed with the delivery executive and he did confirmed that he had picked up the cake from above location. When we cut the cake it was dry as if it was kept for couple of days and then sold. Was not at all fresh and too dry. Not at all spongy. We did go to the cake shop to inform the shop keeper about the same. But the lady at the cake shop was not at all apprapproachable and was not ready to accept it. Was only saying 1 thing that the cake was not from their shop wherein I could see that exact same cake was kept in her display. Tried to talk to her but she was kind-of rude and not ready to listen to anything. Not acceptable at all. This is not a behavior that is acceptable from a shopkeeper who is running a shop for...
